Breakage in post.

My order arrived broken, what do I do?

Depending on the product, send me a photo of the item, if item is damaged beyond repair (broken glass) a replacement or refund will be granted. If item is slightly damaged you will need to send it back. Replacement or refund only after item is received back to Desiree Designs. Original packaging is required to lodge a claim with the courier company delivering your order. Without this no replacement or refund can be provided.

Package attempt delivery

If the courier company has attempted to deliver your parcel unsuccessfully (it requires signature on delivery) and it is returned to Desiree Designs, you will need to pay postage again to receive your item. No refunds will be given.


I changed my mind, can I get a refund?

A refund will be granted less 15% restocking fee, which covers payment fees. Personalised products can not be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If it arrives broken due to not packaging correctly, you will not receive a refund.

Accidental Damage

In the event of a product being accidentally damaged, ie not followed care instructions, unfortunately we are unable to reimburse your order. Care instructions are found on each product and each product description on the website, also care instructions included with orders. Please consider your purchase carefully for the chosen recipient. We are not liable for broken items when they are not treated with care.
